Aloha! My name is Ms. Alisha and I am 41 years young. I am a single Mom/Auntie to 6 amazing kids ages 12 – 21. Raising them has been and still is the best part of my life. Growing up I have always wanted to be a mother and/or work with children. I started a babysitters club when I was 12 and fell in love with caring for children. I became a nanny straight out of high school which means I have 20+ years of experience working with kids of all ages and abilities. I have enjoyed working with neurodivergent kiddos and am comfortable using an AAC device for my nonverbal friends. I am not completely fluent in Spanish however I can have a basic conversation. I encourage singing, dancing and using our imaginations. I really enjoy learning through play and teaching life skills. Being a nanny allows me to make a positive impact on little lives. It’s rewarding to witness their growth, creativity and joy, while also having the opportunity to contribute to their learning and well-being in a nurturing environment.
