Hello Hello! My name is Jade Dennis. I am a recent college graduate from the University at Buffalo (SUNY). I am planning to pursue my masters in Speech Language Pathology at Emerson College. Since graduation, I worked extensively to get a “real life” understanding of the field. My goal is to help others by promoting communication. My childcare experience includes working for various families; I have been babysitting full time post graduation. Responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, and educational learning. I use arts and crafts for educational teaching. I believe in laughter, patience and active moving. In college, I ran track and field. I partook in events such as Girls on the Run where I volunteered by setting up equipment and timing athletes for a 5K distance. This run for girls ages 3-8 is aimed to empower girls past the inequalities that present themselves. Additionally I’ve been a part of “Day in the Life of A Student Athlete” where I voluntarily mentored inner city children on the opportunities in continuing education.
