Aloha, my name is Thalia Rodriguez. I am CPR/First Aid Certified & have returned a clean background check. I am currently enrolled in college to become a Mathematics teacher. My career goal is to become a high school math teacher. I enjoy teaching and math, so I decided to put the two things that I love together. I am a preschool teacher and have worked professionally with children for the past 5-6 years. While working at OC Montessori Academy and International Christian Montessori, my responsibilities included managing day to day classroom activities, structured lessons, planning and implementing a curriculum that targeted different ages of child development, and designing fun and educational activities for children. I appreciate working with kids, and watching them grow and have fun. I am a good swimmer and I swim frequently at the beach. I play softball and soccer and enjoy hiking and outdoorsy activities. My passion has always been helping and engaging with children. In addition to my professional experience, I have also volunteered at my church and babysat for many family members and friends. I am comfortable taking care of any age range. I look forward to caring for your children!
