Hello, my name is Jennie! I just moved to Honolulu, Hawaii from San Diego, Ca. I have been working with children for over 7 years as a nanny, daycare and Preschool Teacher’s Aide. I study Child Development and Psychology. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant and I’m working towards becoming a teacher. Some of my child development certificates are Baby Safe Sleep in Childcare, I/T Special Needs, I/T Brain Development, and more! I also have my First Aide and CPR certification. I’m in the process of getting my scuba certification. I have taken ASL 1 in college and know some baby sign language. I have volunteered as a dog and cat foster mom with the Boonie Flight Project and Gain. I have volunteered at programs for those with special needs such A Night To Remember Prom and Miss Amazing. My hobbies are going to the beach, doing yoga, and fitness. Activities that I love to with children is reading, arts and crafts, playing dress up, having a dance party, and outdoor play such as the beach or park. I’m very kind, patient, love teaching new things to children!
