Aloha, my name is Hazel Li. I have been working in childcare for over 10 years and I am very good with kids of all ages. I was born in Hong Kong and moved to Hawaii over 30 years ago. I can speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English well. I like working with numbers and received an accounting degree in Hong Kong. I’ve worked in the travel industry in Hawaii since 1985 and I love meeting people from all around the world. I have extensive childcare experience which includes nannying part time for a family for about eight years, which I enjoyed a lot. I cooked and cleaned for the family, fed the kids, gave them baths, and put them to bed. I watched my nieces here in Hawaii a lot during the 90’s. I also took care of a 4 month old baby in Hawaii for 1 year in 2020 and part of 2021. I did volunteer work for a senior assistance program, cooking and cleaning for seniors, for several years. I love reading to kids and teaching them new things. I have a bag of games that I bring with me which has kid-friendly supplies such as arts and crafts, card and board games, and a good selection of children’s books. Safety is my number one concern. I am very responsible and I look forward to meeting you and your family while on vacation in Hawaii.
